  • Rui Kalia

Ingredients – Rohu fish, Turmeric powder, Salt, Mustard oil, Cinnamon stick

Green cardamoms, Cloves, Bay leaf, Onion ,Ginger-garlic paste, Tomato, Yogurt, Cashew nuts (optional) , Green chilies, Red chili powder, Kashmiri, red chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Sugar (optional), Hot, water, Fresh coriander leaves

Method – Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt, then fry until golden. In the same pan, sauté whole spices, onions, ginger-garlic, tomato, and spices, add yogurt and cashew paste, then simmer the fried fish in the rich gravy until cooked through.

  • Rohu Fish Fry

Ingredients – Turmeric, salt, red chili powder, oil, rice flour

Method – Marinate the fish with spices and then keep it aside for a few hours. Coat it with rice powder and then shallow fry it until it becomes crispy and golden.
