Method – Marinate the fish with turmeric and salt, then fry until golden. In the same pan, sautΓ© whole spices, onions, ginger-garlic, tomato, and spices, add yogurt and cashew paste, then simmer the fried fish in the rich gravy until cooked through.

Ingredients – Turmeric, salt, red chili powder, oil, rice flour
