- Submit a reactivation request within six months of rejection to your local FSSAI regional office
- The director of RO will then review your case for the verification process
- The head of the regional office will send his/her recommendation to the RCD (Regional Compliance Division) within 30 days of receiving the request to enforcement1@fssai.gov.in
- RCD will then start looking into the matter
- The executive director of RCD will serve as the final arbiter in such cases.
- Once the case gets approved by the RCD, it will be forwarded to the IT division
- An FBO might visit FSSAI headquarters but only during extreme situations to be evaluated by CEO
