Ingredients
- 400g basa fillets, cut into taco-sized pieces
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
For Coriander Mayo:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Pat basa fillets dry and season with smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook fillets for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, coriander, salt, and pepper to prepare the coriander mayo.
