Basa with Lemon Pepper Butter

About the Dish

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the most rewarding, and Basa with Lemon Pepper Butter is a perfect example. This dish highlights the natural tenderness of basa fillets, complementing them with a zesty lemon-pepper kick and the richness of melted butter. Among easy-to-make Basa recipes, this one is a star because it requires only a handful of ingredients yet delivers a restaurant-style flavor. It’s light, refreshing, and perfect for weeknight dinners when you want something quick without compromising on taste.

The butter sauce, infused with fresh lemon juice and cracked black pepper, coats each fillet to perfection. With just a quick pan sear, the fish remains moist and flaky inside while developing a subtle golden crust outside. This recipe pairs wonderfully with steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a bowl of herbed rice, making it a versatile choice for both family meals and dinner parties.
