- 400g basa fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for salad)
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
- Pat basa fillets dry and rub with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
