- 2 Basa fish fillets (boneless)

- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks (optional)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar

Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
