Ingredients

  • 2 Basa fish fillets (boneless)

  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method

  2. Add minced garlic, ginger paste, and green chilies. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
